Privacy Policy

Oiskos is built around an important principle: it should help you experience your life, not turn your life into public content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to operate your Oiskos account: your email address and account ID; your selected student type and expected graduation term and year; Daily Practice completion; Chapter and Experience progress; optional photos, reflections, and Memories; and information you submit when asking about an Organization Journey. We also record limited feature events, such as onboarding completion, Practice completion, Experience completion, and whether a Memory photo was uploaded.

Our service providers may receive limited technical information necessary to provide and secure the service, such as IP address, authentication and request activity, timestamps, and device or app information included with a request.

How We Use and Share Information

We use this information to authenticate you, personalize invitations, save your progress and private Memories, provide requested Memory exports, improve Oiskos, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Oiskos uses Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and private Memory photo storage. When you request a Memory Archive, Oiskos uses Resend to email the private archive link. These providers process information only to provide their services to Oiskos. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, or enforce our Terms.

Memories and Choices

Private Memories are visible only to your account unless you explicitly choose to share or export them. Oiskos does not sell personal information for traditional advertising and does not use private photos as advertising creative without explicit permission. Organizations do not automatically receive access to private photos, reflections, or Memories. You may delete an individual Memory in the app, mark an Experience incomplete to remove its associated Memory, or request account deletion.

Retention, Security, and Contact

We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate Oiskos, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Request account deletion through Oiskos or help@oiskos.com.
